My uber-AWESOME friend, Shannell, made millions of blue paper roses to use for my daughters wedding.
We turned them into bouquets for the bridesmaids :)
They are quilt large. The jar they are standing in is a 1/2 gallon mason jar.
Each one is different.
We used royal blue paper.
Once the flowers were made, we hot glued floral wire to make a stem.
I made the bows from 75% off clearance Christmas ribbon ;D
We will make the final ribbon adjustments the day of the wedding.
Don't they make a cute little group?
I wrapped the stems in blue ribbon.

What a great idea! This colour is very "royal".
ReplyDeleteThose are great! Such a rich blue - I can hardly wait to see the bridesmaids holding them!
ReplyDeleteWow, they are quite beautiful! I never heard of such a thing, but what a cool thing! Yay for you!
ReplyDeleteI am just fascinated watching this wedding come together at lightning speed. It's like a reality show. ;)
ReplyDeleteThey are gorgeous, Marion! What a great idea instead of spending all that money on live flowers which will die after a few days! This way the brides maids will have a nice memory forever!
