Peanut Butter Bars

Crust
2/3 C butter, melted
1/4 C peanut butter
1 C brown sugar
1/4 C corn syrup
1/2 t vanilla
4 C oats
Mix together and press into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.  Bake at 400° for 14 minutes. Remove from oven and frost while hot.  Let cool completly.  Cut and serve :)

Frosting
Melt together in the microwave or in a double boiler:
1C milk chocolate chips
1/2 C semi sweet chocolate chips or butterscotch chips (I use semi sweet)
1/3 C peanut butter
