When we first moved to Payson, our sweet neighbor Jennie was only 10 years old.
Now she is having her first baby in a few weeks.
I knew that I had to make her a special quilt for her new little boy :)
After making a Haul-It-All tote for the Moda Bakeshop, I had the better part of a jelly roll left to make into something fun.
I thought Potluck, the herringbone design and straight line quilting would make a perfect design for a baby boy blankie.
Of course, a special label was in order.
For the back, I used assorted American Jane prints.
I had hoped to use these letters for the straps on the Haul-It-All tote, but they were TOO big. (I imagined them to be scrabble tile size ;)
For the quilting, I used my walking foot and did an organic line design ;)
That just could not be any cuter! LOVE it!
