Basket Weave Baby Blanket

I finished my first knitted baby blanket tonight :)  It is so soft and sweet :)  This is the pattern I used HERE.


The yarn was a birthday gift from my sweet friend, Suzy, who taught me how to knit a few months ago.  I loved the yarn and wanted to make something that I could "pet" and lovingly gaze at :)  This little baby throw is perfect for both needs ;D

      Thank you so much, Myra :) The knitting is nice to take places :) It's also really quite when we are watching movies. There is a whole middle section that is messed up because we were watching a very scary movie and I couldn't pay attention to what I was doing ;D

      I Just learned how to knit too :) This pattern is VERy easy! It's only the second thing I have knitted :)
