I know what I'm going to do today...

...or hopefully this week :)

This past week was a bummer as I was sick for most of it :p  I still managed to get my dad's quilt done in time for Father's Day..

... but not for his birthday on Thursday :(  It's all good :)  I did finish the baby blanket I have been knitting here and there :)


So, let's take a look at the lists from last week :)


Last weeks list of things to do :/
#1 My dad's quilt for his birthday on Thursday DoNE!!!
#2  Two 20" pillows for a troubled teen program. ...too sick :p
#3  The Granny Squares ...too sick :p
#4  a skirt for my 15 year old and one for me too :) ...too sick :p
#5  Learn to make soap and lotion from my AWESOME friend Kim :) ...she never called :( ..and too sick :p 
#6  Submit my quits to the quilt show and sign up for some stuff. DoNE!!!

#1 Granny Squares for swap (due the 25th)

#5 Volunteer at the Peteetneet Quilt show Wednesday

  2. I love the quilt you made for Father's day! And I love your lists, especially the "Back burner Purgatory" list. I might need to make myself one, maybe having a list of all my WIPs and "great ideas" in front of me might make me actually get around to working on them.

  3. First time to your blog WOW, I love it! :D haha. Your father's day quilt is so awesome! It looks so "guy" and that is hard to do. It's a really cool pattern and the color choices are perfect. :)
